Terms of Service
Last updated Nov 2, 2026
These Terms of Service are placeholder content and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They must be replaced or approved by legal counsel before T-Sign launches.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you create a T-Sign account, start a free trial or buy a plan. By using T-Sign you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. [Legal entity name and registered details to be added.]
2. Your account
The person who signs up is the account owner. On the Business plan, the account owner can add users up to the team size they pay for. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
3. Plans and billing
- Individual is for one user.
- Business is priced per user. You choose your team size when you sign up and are billed for that many users.
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes may be added where they apply.
- People you send documents to are not users on your account and are not billed.
- Paid plans have no document limits.
4. Free trial
Both plans start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start it. You are not charged during the trial. Your paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then from the billing portal.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. [Refund policy to be confirmed.]
6. Documents and electronic signatures
You are responsible for the documents you upload and send, and for having the right to share them with the people you send them to. You are also responsible for deciding whether an electronic signature is appropriate for a particular document in the places where it will be used.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the documents you upload. You give T-Sign permission to host, process and display them only as needed to provide the service to you and the people you send them to.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use T-Sign to break the law, to send documents you have no right to send, to mislead the people you send documents to, or to interfere with the service.
9. Changes
We may update T-Sign and these terms over time. If a change materially affects you, we will let you know before it takes effect.
10. Liability
[Limitation of liability, warranties and governing law to be confirmed by legal counsel.]
