Privacy Policy

Last updated Nov 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy is placeholder content and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It must be replaced or approved by legal counsel before T-Sign launches.

Who we are

T-Sign provides electronic signature and document workflow software. [Legal entity name, address and privacy contact to be added.]

Information we collect

  • Account details, such as your name, email address, phone number and organisation details.
  • Details of the users you add to a Business account.
  • Documents you upload, and the names and email addresses of the people you send them to.
  • Signing activity, such as when a document was sent, viewed, signed or completed, which forms its audit trail.
  • Billing details, which are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Basic technical information, such as cookies that remember your region and keep checkout working.

How we use it

We use your information to provide T-Sign, process payments, send the emails the service needs (such as signing requests, reminders and verification codes), keep the service secure, and improve it.

People you send documents to

When you send a document, we process the names, email addresses and signing activity of its recipients on your behalf, so they can sign it and so the audit trail and Certificate of Completion are accurate.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us run T-Sign, such as hosting, payment processing and email delivery, and only as needed for that purpose. We do not sell personal information.

Keeping it

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to meet our legal obligations. [Retention periods to be confirmed.]

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information. Get in touch through the contact page and we will respond as required by the laws that apply to you.

Changes

We may update this policy over time. If a change materially affects you, we will let you know.
